The business does not store credit card data.<\/p><p>Reservation Guarantee: To secure your spot on the retreat, reserve the boutique hacienda, and reserve your paddle tennis court times, a non-refundable initial deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid automatically 15 days prior to your arrival date.<\/p><h2>Customer Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2><p>We understand that plans may change. Due to prior logistical commitments with hotels and sports clubs in the Coffee Region, we apply the following refund schedule:<\/p><p>Cancellations made more than 45 days before the trip: 100% of the money paid will be refunded, except for the non-refundable initial deposit of 30%.<\/p><p>Cancellations between 44 and 15 days before the trip: 50% of the total value of the package will be refunded.<\/p><p>Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance: No refund will be issued. However, the customer may transfer their spot to another person (friend, family member, or club colleague) by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the start date.<\/p><h2>Policy for Weather Conditions and Unforeseen Events (Padel Factor)<\/h2><p>Game Guarantee: The Coffee Region has a tropical climate. In the event of unexpected heavy rain that prevents the use of outdoor courts, the program will reschedule the playing sessions to indoor padel courts, or the cultural itinerary (coffee tastings, tours) will be adjusted to ensure that the contracted playing hours are fulfilled.<\/p><p>Force Majeure: The usual weather conditions of the region (moderate rain) do not constitute a cause of force majeure for the cancellation of the trip by the client or for the request for partial refunds.<\/p><h2>Cancellations by the Organization<\/h2><p>In the exceptional case that the program must be cancelled due to causes attributable to the organization or unforeseen events of extreme force majeure (e.g. airport closures, natural disasters), the client will be offered two options:<\/p><p>Reschedule your trip for a new date within the next 12 months at no additional cost.<\/p><p>A 100% refund of all money paid to date.
